    1) tech support = both sucks
    2) durability = Lenovo
    3) performance = whichever has the better specs of course

    advantage, Lenovo

I'm already a happy Macbook user. This is for my brother, and he won't buy one.

When you say tech support sucks, are you calling their free tech support line? or a private line where you can get someone educated...(based in atlanta georgia)

Tech support with both Dell and Lenovo can be frustrating. If you've purchased the higher protection plan with either machine, you will get better tech support.

I would take a Thinkpad over any Dell, anyday. I love Thinkpads.

The only things comparable to a Thinkpad duarbility wise are Toughbooks, and they're ugly as sin. Lenovos still have some semblance of "business" class.
