Not really, good job. What numbers you putting up?
I have been working with 365x8-10 deep olympic style squats lately. I have been trying to hit my legs harder so I have been doing quads and hams on seperate days.
With or without wraps?
The only equipment I use is straps when I do shrugs.
You ever do front squats? Those are nice for quads, and I find them easy to go low on as well. Looks good though man, pretty big. Wax, tan and oil those bad boys up and they'd probably look more cut up. .
My 2 cents....there is more then meets the eye...people dont relize how much is under the water an fat. Legs are tough cause even slight bf makes them look hazed an blob like. Also you could be like some people whos legs just get ultra shredded without changing the size too much. They may not get huge in the offseason but when they are cut or show ready they speak for themselves. If your training balls out, then your doing what you can with what you got. Just ask yourself everytime you train them "Did I give it everything"

oh this kinda annoyed me...if you're going to comment like that...be prepared to back it up. Show us your legs for comparison how his should look, also do you look anywhere near his level in his AV? Im asking cause that was harsh for no reason. His legs could be 29" for all you know, hes standing alone
you cant apply that to diet, since you train hard
not that i've ever been in contest condition by any stretch at all, but that's what i was thinking. Not too many people have cuts in their quads at any reasonable bodyfat, but the size is there and they look pretty good.
pur, you have any idea how the competition schedule is looking? I'd like to come down and check one out if its in the new england area

and again Pur is right about legs coming when you cut down. Acura is doing 365x8-10 deep that's some weight...
im different, i hardly ever carry fat in my legs,i can always see the veins and seperations in my quads even when i get pretty fat
well if you mean for me....its going to be the sept NH/MA championships in NH. I will be hanging out at the new englands this year but offseason...its in boston at the john hancock hall in may. I can get you info if you want

His legs were huge. If you read further I complimented them. I know my legs are no where near his.
