Serious DOMS (i think thats the right term). Anyway, I've had pain in my knees and have kept away from legwork and certain types of cardio for about 6 months now. Tried out legs on sunday and am still feeling it today I made sure to hit everything thoroughly even though i did light-weights. My left calf is still fucked. I am limping pretty bad on it and it is more sore today than the other days. Being sore three days later kinda worries me...it actually made me miss monday and tuesday workouts. What do you guys do to help speed recovery-time from soreness?
