So I'm pretty much able to work the crap out of my upper body without feeling like shit. But for some reason whenever I work legs I get light headed and have to vag out before I'm really fatigued. Anyone know what I can do?
    TIA

Quit working legs and replace with a day of bicep curls? :dunno: Preferably in the only squat rack in the gym too...

I have the same problem too... I usually just take a 10 minute break mid workout to cool down and relax. Then I can finish

You're probably not breathing correctly, thus depriving your brain of oxygen, which is why you would get light headed.
