Legs just aren't getting bigger.

    I am currently working them one day a week. Would it be overtraining if I worked out my legs twice a week?

    They are. I banged out alot of my ride time early in the semester but I still have about ten shifts left. Luckily the scheduling worked out perfect.

    Front Squats supersetted with Close-stance Hack Squats
    Lunges supersetted with SLDL's.
    Leg Curls supersetted with Box steps w/ a DB.
