Legs always tensed up

    This past week my legs have been tensed up and stiff.I stopped squating for one week and my legs are still sore and stiff. And I also not recovering as fast as I used too. You guys know what the problem could be by any chance?

    eating enough and getting enough sleep?

    Ya I eat about 3000 calories a day. Get like 6-8 hours of sleep a day

    sometimes you just do a harder or different workout than usual. the other day i did tabata and thought my legs were going to fall off. just the nature of the beast. make sure you're getting balanced meals, a multivitamin, and doing some light active recovery work (sled dragging, swimming etc).

    eat 4000 cals and get 8+ hours of sleep
