I'm not fbi, but just curious about the numbers of legal copies
I have 4 legal copies (5, 6, 7 and CS) and 1 pirate copy. I download it until I can afford it and then I legalize it...Except for my downloaded CS2, it's too much of a memory pig to use and justify the $$ so I deleted it form my HD. Still have the CD tho.
could i buy a copy of 6 or 7 on ebay then buy the CS3 upgrade when it comes out? i just recently switched to mac so that means changing everything over.
I don't know why two copies of my thread came about, but whatever....what about the edu version? That is what I have used and its significantly less expensive
Dispite all the piracy that goes on I read in the paper a few months ago that Adobe made a shitload of money last year.
Legal since 3.0
gonna check on the price of CS2 tomorrow at my campus bookstore
More than you can afford, pal.
yeah, but these are mainly people who are using it for business purposes. I'd be willing to bet about 30-50% of your basic users have a pirated copy.
its like 400+ for the student price of the full cs2 suite
i've got both types
you do some commercial stuff...do you use the student version for that? is that legit...I guess more legit than pirate anyway
Legal CS. Paid for by work and I do nothing involved with graphic/photo editing. Win.
i've paid for cs and cs2 photoshop upgrades, but then came into the full adobe suite
i've never tried the student edition, just know of it
