Leg soreness

    I hit legs hard on Thursday, squats x5, lunges x5, power clean x5, leg press x5 which is my usual workout. Why is it that my quads, ass, hip flexors are sore for days compared to other parts of my body that I hit just as hard? I feel like an old man walking around and sitting down. It probably doesn't help that I went skiing yesterday.

    you use your legs all the time during your waking hours - you are constantly walking, running, etc. other muscles don't typically get alot of use during the day unless you work in a manual labor job.

    I can't do legs if i have to work the next day cause i walk alot

    did legs on thursday....still sore as shit.
