leg progress 6 months

    progress pics 6 months

    i started in january 145 lbs now i am currently 190...i only have leg pics on my comp right now so thats why im posting them...ill get rest later.

    best before i had some friends wanted to carve their initials in my legs..and i was going to shave them so i didnt care.

    hopefully this shit works ive never uploaded or attempted to before

    the after pics were like june 6th and i can tell my legs are even more cut now then before. and starting were january 6th

    5' 11" 17 years old btw

    let me know what u all think about where i need work the most....im trying to get the before uper body pics up but its not letting me

    Yeah man, huge improvment on the legs! Good job.

    Chest & shoulders look pretty good, but as other have said work on some upper back thickness... deadlifts, rows, shrugs, etc...

    yeah do some serious back work....pullups help a lot as well as rows and deads as said above

    can someone write me out a good back routine.... i tihnk it might be some of just the pics and me not knowing how to flex though cuz i concentrate on back more than anything besdies chest...those r the 2 things i love to do...
    also ppl i have asked in person that have seen my back have never said anything...but thanks for the criticism i just need to hit it harder...someone give me a kick ass back routine
