I don't have access to a squat station anymore so I am going to have to use my leg press machine. I've hardly ever used it. How many reps and sets should I be doing, I don't want to damage my knees. Last time I used it, I did 4-5 sets and did 8-10 reps in each set. Is that too much or too little? I'm almost 6ft and weight around 153lbs. edit: please dont talk about me being too light for my height, that is the reason I have started lifting.
