    Hey all,
Im currently in air force pilot training and to make the cut to fly fighters, we are required to take a fittness test composed of the following:

The Strength Test Category requires 10-15 repetitions. Exercise and requirements include: your body weight multiplied .35 for arm curls, .8 for bench press, .7 for lat pulls, 1.6 for leg press, and .5 for leg curls. After this follows a 1.5 mile run.

my body weight is currently 170...so this equates into a leg press of 272 roughly. I have no problems doing around 220-240 ish..but any more and I cant handle it. I have 2 months to take the test...what is a good way to be able to increase my leg press so I wont have to worry? The rest of the test I'm not having problems with..just this press. Thanks for any and all input

You have to curl to pass a physical fitness test?

People wonder why the Air Force gets ragged on so much....
