i also legpress 360 (4 plates on each side) but my squat is weak  so i guess leg pressing doesnt really show how strong you are

although it could be my stabilizer muscles limiting me (instead of my quads) while squatting, im not sure

im 5 7.5 and 150lbs for that matter

If you used different leg presses, you would notice that some are easier to do than others, so the numbers arent 100% reliable. But the more the merrier.

I dont max out but I have done 12 plates (540) for 8 before. I usually do legpress with a single leg though...

I'm not sure why I suck at leg press. at my gym there is a guy who can't squat the bar. he literally has trouble even squatting his bodyweight to parallel. I've maxed out my a2g front squat at 195. we both do a total of 4 plates on leg press :hs:

All leg presses are different. I used to have one at my gym in high school that I could load 20 plates on and bang out 10 reps. The one in my gym now "feels" much heavier.

Isn't the statistical mean of leg press for regular population at 6'0 190lbs 372.5lbs?

I only rep 5-6 plates on each side for a few reps, because im usually already beat dead from squatting. Yes, I do squats and then go to the press. I may stop doing that, but I have gotten stronger on this routine over the past few months although I am changing some things up now.
