leg fat?

    I’m 6 foot tall, 157 lbs and I’m stuck trying to tone my legs and thighs. A few weeks ago I started dieting – actually have lost 8 lbs just by eating healthier and reducing my alcohol intake. I usually walk 5 to 7 miles a week – I’m not a big fan of running. Is there anything yall recommend that could start cutting the fat around my legs and thighs?

    not that i have low body fat thighs, but i would concentrate more on diet if you're just trying to lose 'fat'. i would recommend weight lifting with dieting as you'll see much greater results.

    Sounds like the poster is a female- I certainly hope so. Diet, weights, rinse and repeat.

    Yeah thats why I asked because I don't know many 6'0, 157lb males who want to "tone their thighs."

    Well, I would suggest walking a lot more than 5-7 miles a week.

    fat around my legs/glutes were the last to go for me... everyone is different though... now girls can't even pinch my ass when i flex :naughty::naughty:

    I don't think I'd qualify as thick. I'm a size 2.

    Pics to show where your thighs rub? We might be able to then give better advice for possible spot reduction.
