Leg exercises without going to a gym

    I currently don't have a gym membership but would like to start doing some leg exercises to help prepare for this years ski season (i know i'm starting really late, but better late than never :mamoru: )

    current equipment at home include treadmill, elliptical machine, basic bench w/ this leg attachment piece.

    I'm going to start running/ellitical machine but are there any other exercises that I can do to improve mainly stamina so my legs don't get tired while on the slopes.

    I was thinking wall sits, carrying weights while doing those knee touching the ground walks, etc..

    You have a bench and I'm guessing a barbell too ?
    You could do lots of single-leg exercises without having to put too much weight.

    use your barbell from your bench and do some squats nigga.

    Front squats, overhead squats, deadlift, pistol squats, etc


    but for what you're seeking I'd say ride a bicycle up hill for long periods of time. If that doesn't do it, I don't know what will.

    single-leg squats, step-up's... HIIT.. running/elliptical/biking with resistance..

    woohoo!! Snowboarding season is here bitches!!!!!!!!

    make sure you work good on flexiblity and core stability...helps alot
