Mama Dukes is rehabbing her knee. Doc said no squats, lunges, step ups, etc. Any idea what she can do to get some semblance of a leg workout in?

I have heard from physical therepists that squats, when introduced progressively, are the way to go...just remember not to rush it. Bodyweight squats can be modified hundreds of ways

    ps- google that shit

I'd do partial bodyweight squats and work on increasing the ROM. She can probably still get some hamstring work in too.
