The entire left of my body sucks :wtc:

My lats on my left < lats on right
Biceps on left < biceps on right

Chest/abs are equal but still :wtc:

I'm training my left like a mofo too

db bench -> left winds up failing way before my right gets tired
biceps -> db preacher curls 30 lbs for 5-7 reps left side, can get a full 10 on right

    they suck :o

i was going to post a thread like this today after getting frustrated over the same problem. what's the solution? do more weight with the right arm? less weight with the left? or just do less reps with the right arm until you build up your left?

I'd think heavier weights with the arm that's not dominant would do the trick -- not quite sure though. Any insight?

but that would make you be able to do even less reps though

why would you continue to do a weight where you only get 1/2 the reps on one arm as the other arm

Wierd, size-wise, I am pretty damn symmetrical. Left can last almost as long as right on dumbbells, maybe one rep less. But usually I can complete, just more struggling lol.

i don't. when i tried with 30 on my right the first time i could do 10. then 5-7 on the left. i've been working the left more now to get it up to par. it was just an example showing comparison when the left side would hit failure vs the right:hs:

i don't think doing more weight/more reps with either arm would be good... i think you just need to stop whenever you fail with one arm and eventually they'll even out.
