About 4 weeks ago I started adding cardio to my lifting routine. Anyway recently, around 30 minutes, my left foot starts to go numb. It feels like it's going to sleep. When I get off the treadmill though, it goes away in about a minute. Is this just poor circulation, lack of hydration, pushing myself too hard in my run?

I thought it was b/c of poor pre run hydration, so I drink two bottles of water before I run....still had the problem. I just bought new shoes, specifically for running.....same problem. Funny thing too is that's it just my left foot, never my right. I never had any injury to that foot either :dunno:

just goggled it, seems some people say its the poor circulation, but most people write that the problem is with the shoes, too tight, i will try to loosen my shoes tomorrow when i run and let you know, if that don't work will have to get a new set
