left arm getting worse :wtc:

    I dont know how it started but my left arm began hurting right here:

    A fellow gym partner told me its nothing big, he had same problem. He suggested that i stay away from any curls, well i did and its been 3 weeks and after tonight's Tri/Chest work out, it is now painful. :mad:

    Does anyone have any advice on how I should go about this?

    is it the joint or the muscle? I had joint problems in my elbow for a little while and started taking gluetomine (sp?) in my protein shakes for "healthier joints" and the problem actually went away :dunno: could be in my head but the container says it promotes healthy joints and it seemed to work for me, or the problem cleared up on it's own.

    Im posotive its the muscle. I think its the tendon.

    I know this. He said something in his protein shake for his joints, so i thought he was talking about glucosamine, maybe he thinks glutamine helps with ur joints???

    A friend of mine has something similar that he's doing PT for. They originally thought he ruptured the tendon, now they aren't so sure. I would probably go have it looked at, based on how long it's been a problem.

    Yea I think that's the stuff, I used it in my shakes every day and my joints feel great again. I ran out and wonder if I should just keep using it assuming it will help for future problems :dunno:

    try taking all tricep extensions out of your routine

    My left arm is pretty weird, too. It doesn't hurt, but I get like a tingly feeling after a few reps of tri workouts on the elbow :confused:

    FUCK! :mad: :mad: :mad:

    I knew it was because of tricep extensions.

    Whenever i did them the pain would go away, then come back twice as bad..

    Ceaze, what should i do man?

    I knew it was tendonitis, Does it ever heal? Or am i just going to have to not do tricep extensions
