So I broke my left arm and then a few months later got a HUGE gash right near my wrist that required 10 stitches, now I didnt really notice it before but since I have started lifting a bit heavier I noticed that that arm is VERY VERY weak, like if I grab a 40 lbs dumbell for example to curl I can do like 3 more repetitions with my right arm.

Any suggestions for fixing this? I dont really want to have one HUGE arm and then one tiny one, u know?

    Thanks in Advance.

    Naw, Canadian Healthcare = SHITTTTTTTY.

When I cut my arm, the cut was like 1 inch deep and about 2.5 - 3 inches long and I sat there waiting on the doctor to come "look at it" for 30 minutes, he saw it, left for 20 minutes, came back, stitched it and then told me to come back in a few weeks.

Your stronger side will pick up the slack on barbells.

Use DBs but do your reps with your left side first, follow with the right side and only do the same ammount.

    .

Careful with this, my left arm is getting bigger than my right doing this. CNS adaptation maybe?

Switch to lefthanded masterbation. I don't know...just trying to be creative.

I like the db idea. Anything that won't allow you to compensate with the stronger arm. You may even have to add an additional work out for just that arm until it is equal to the right.

Are you serious? I can't tell if this is a joke post or if that's a good idea.

you know when you arm wrestle if you put your left arm on your right bicep you become 10x stronger.

I'm right handed, but my left arm is slightly stronger :eek3: I think it's because my right shoulder is so degraded from baseball :o
