I cycle mine frequently but thats cuz I take it to work with me..... and get lazy and dont dig out the charger. Otherwise it'd be plugged in 99% of the time

It's fine. There is no need to remove the battery. It does nothing.

its better to "exercise" your battery like at least once a week, I think leaving it plugged in, lowers the batteries health over time.

I leave my macbook plugged in w/o the battery in only if i'm d/l during the day when i'm not home or when I know it needs to be on for an extended period of time.

If I am home, I usually leave the battery in and run it till 50%, then I plug the cord back in and when the battery is 100% charged I unplug it again and so on. Laptop batteries like their juices constantly moving.
I've had my macbook for just over a year and my batteries health is at 92% which is good I think :hs:
