leave it plugged in?

    I've always heard that leaving a battery plugged in is a good way to shorten the lifespan of it when it comes to cell phones. does the same hold true for laptops?

  4. About any modern battery charger will limit current once the cell is charged.

    may be true, but I still unplug it when its done. unless I don't care about the battery (like my phone)
