Did it in college second year, hated it. Been doing Vb.Net since then.
Now I'm going to do my masters and I might need C++ again, currently downloading C++ Primer Plus (5th Edition) by Stephen Prata since it seems to have great reviews on Amazon.
Recommend me some more books/sites :x:

I have a Deitel and Deitel C++ book that I used in undergrad that was great. The examples really drove home the point of the chapter/section without being overly long and complex.

Amazon will have a good list for this.
