they aren't bad(the meatball ones), but I think they only have like 12g of protien in each pocket.
The only one I found with 24g is the ultra supreme pizza. 24g of protien & only 19g of carbs.

I had the ham and cheese which if I remember correctly, have 24g of protein as well. They were super nasty. I love regular lean pockets though.

Not really, and nothing is wrong with sodium when you're active and not predisposed to having high blood pressure

because they can adjust the serving size on the label where there is less than 1.0 grams of trans fat per serving, then they can list 0 grams on the label, even though there are partially hydrogenated veg. oils in it.

I avoid them too. they are bad news.

when the maximum recommended amount you take in per day (by the gov't) is 2 grams, and when almost every product you consume has .75 grams or so per 'serving', and you eat 3 servings per sitting.. yeah that's bad

What you're talking about with the fat free scam (or whatever we would call it), and the hydrogenated oils is definitley correct. Best example I can think of would be 'fat free' potato chips, when the serving size is only 6 chips. :ugh:
