I'm reading this book "The Fat Burning Bible", and they keep saying you want "lean muscle", wtf is "lean muscle"? Is that any different from saying "muscle"?

On the other hand this book is a good read so far. :wiggle:

maybe they're talking about slow and fast twitch muscle fibers, since fast twitch are more likely to hypertrophy than slow twitch.
