how about you stop being such a pussy with your winsor pilates routine and lift some goddamn weights?
how tall are you? First bit of advice, forget every preconceived notion about weight training/powerlifting/bodybuilding you THINK you know and be prepared to get some harsh advice. If your serious about training you'll sort it out. If not we probabbly wont see you around much longer.
Lifting weights doesn't make you a gorilla. Adjust your diet, do cardio. DON'T, above all, cut out the weights.
Actually nothing except a mass genomic transformation will turn you into a gorilla. I'm pretty sure you'll still be human.
