Im 29 years old , 6' currently at 185lbs , had a break for some time from the gym because of soccer injury+laziness

Before that lifted for a year+ religiously but didnt really pay too much attention to my diet , now im on dailyburn and eating clean

Started back up 2 weeks ago , currently on Pur's routine...
