Is there a way to hide/minimize the apps that i have selected to startup on login? I have MSN and Thunderbird load on startup, and I'd like them to kinda load minimized if possible :x:

    Thanks ;)

System Preferences > Accounts > Login Items

Put a check box under "Hide" for the applications you want to hide.

Hiding doesn't work for everything though (it doesn't work for skype, for instance). Not sure about MSN, but it should work fine for TB.
