    hey guys!! just wanted to share my latest detail - it was a 1990 Pontiac trans Am

    this car has NEVER BEEN DETAILED, and looks like it was washed w/ sand paper LOL

    i did a 2 step polish on this one - Optimum Compound w/ an LC orange followed by Optimum Polish on an LC white pad

    ofcourse it got clayed etc blah blah

    That looks fantastic. I need to get a list of detailing products to buy, I've never done it so I wouldn't even know where to start.

    those are the cars i would get when i would detail for people. i could never get a newer car that just needed a wash and wax, it was always an all day job.

    that's not a detail; it's an overhaul. i know how much of a pain cars like that are.
