    What kind of routine do I need to do with this thing?

    Heavy grips 150, and 200.

    If you need a routine for fucking hand grippers you have more serious problems than I thought.

    Plus Grouch isn't around anymore and I don't think anyone else really uses those things anyway.

    Check the heavy grip website, they have a "routine". Or some others say just grip and rip it till you can't rep anymore.

    I donno if you're being sarcastic but in general their good for crushing strength, not much else. They aren't going to help you holdon to things (like a deadlift or what not), and they aren't good for size gains or anything.

    Little bit of sarcasm.

    So no help with DL grip with these things? Damn. I guess static holds or something for that?


    Honestly I bought them because Im trying to beat some guys at work at arm wrestling and a "champion" arm wrestler I know says adding these things helped him. They have the whole fat guy strength thing going for them.

    well for supporting grip (deadlifts etc) then yeah, just hold shit. for a long period of time. doing pinch grip (with plates) is good too. with the grippers, you can do static holds as opposed to just crushing for reps.
