doesnt really matter. as long as you are staying active in the tennis, its still a great workout. are you lifting weights and watching your diet? Christophers' Fat Loss 101 writeup has been posted again (it was previously deleted) read it over, its on the main page right now. No matter what you still gotta hit the weights. you'll lose fat and keep your existing muscle, and look better naked

Yeah, i'm going to start a weight lifting regiment in addition to the cardio/aerobic workout I did with tennis and treadmill. Tennis was pretty active, no standing around, maybe for the 5 seconds it takes to get a serve in. :dunno:

As well, i'm looking through all the training logs to try and put together a list of foods that i'll start eating regularly. I'll update this thread with more details as soon as I get a chance to do a bit more research into it, probably tonight.

As well I need to do some calculations as to how much calorie-intake I should have daily, based on some of those formulas listed in the stickies. :noes:

I drink a lot of water (10+ glasses a day) and completely quit drinking beer last Friday. I'm going to stick to Jack and Diet's from here on out. :hsd:

    Badass website, thanks.

I didn't eat enough cal's for breakfast because I woke up late this morning and had to get to work. :(
