Last nite at the gym...

    One of the local powerlifter/strongman was trying to do pretty heavy one arm DB shoulder press. I do beleive he got up 140+

    Then I realized he was trying to get ready to DB shoulder press one of those Iron Arnold 174lbers....:ugh: It was scary just seeing him try to get it up and smash back into his shoulder, then he just dropped it. His friend had a hard time just getting it onto a table 4 feet off the ground. I tried picking it up and it feels like a zillion lbs:hs:

    yeah those things are heavy as fuck

    kinda puts the whole bashing on strongment/PLers aspect to shame, considering those fuckers can rep those fucking DBS

    I was reading the x-reps stuff at bodybuilding.com and saw they mentioned Jay Cutler's chest routine. I can only imagine how crazy it must be to watch him doing dumbell bench presses. Almost scary!

    That's an Inch dumb bell named after Thomas Inch. Just picking it up in one hand is considered an elite feat of grip strenth. I think only a handfull of people in the world have ever pressed it. One of them being Mark Henrey.
