I did a search, and couldnt find anything helpful. I usually eat my last full meal at around 7pm, when I get back from the gym. Im just wondering what you guys eat to hold you over till you crash later at night. I used to eat a bowl of cheerios with skim milk at like 11, but im afraid thats too many carbs too late at night. Any suggestions?:noes:
