    6'2" 18 year old 140lb male :o

    going to the gym with jonno today to get a membership and start lifting :noes:

    my advice is to start on christophers base routine that is posted in the archives. i'm not sure what jonno has you doing, but if you haven't decided on a routine yet that would be a great start for you. also, eat just about everything you see.

    just got back...made 3 eggs w/ ham and a bigass glass of milk...can of tuna and some cereal after this. I'm ordering some whey when i can get my mom's CC# :bigthumb: . We did tri's and shoulders today. my arms feel more like tentacles now :mamoru: . tomorrow is legs at 8 or 9 am :noes:

    I eat a lot man...jonno will back that up. but i just started eating a lot recently this past week. Between the end of school and bed i usually get in two cans of tuna, 3-4 eggs, cottage cheese + yogurt + moms homemade jelly mix :p , a bowl of cereal or a sandwich and at least 5 glasses of milk.









    I am eating right now BTW :wiggle:

    I'll be taking some pics when i get my camera back from a friend... right now, reaching up for food in the cupboards is a chore...i was going to take a shower but i feel as if my arms are completely useless at this point. :bigthumb: :bowdown: :bowdown:

    That's exactly where I started. Lift hard, and EAT. Aim for 4k cals+ a day, at least. I gained 6 pounds in my first two weeks. Mostly bloat, but whatever. I used to think it was impossible for me to gain weight. I went from 6'2 140 to 6'2 170 in a few months, until I got mono :(
