Lardass question

    I jump rope for HIIT, 1 minute on, 1 minute off for about 20 minutes on the days I don't lift. Should I drag my fat ass down to the parking lot on the days I lift and jump rope then too? I'm pretty sure I could pull it off on days I don't do legs.

    Also, I can do my sprints faster if I cut down the interval time. 30 seconds of running through the rope, one minute of slow skip works for me too. Is it more important to ratchet up the level of intensity as high as possible or to get a little more time in on the set?
