I have 2 laptops at home both using the wireless network I setup using a Linksys router.

    My Toshiba laptop works perfect.

My HP laptop loses the internet connection for a couple seconds every now and then.

If I am watching streamin video, the Toshiba is interrupted while the HP keeps losing the signal and buffering.

This has to be the wireless card right? Can I buy another wireless card and replace it or does that need to be done by people that know what the fuck they are doing?

Try installing a newer driver for both and try changing the wireless channel on the router.

    ya sorry

i didnt really notice it until i hooked up both laptops to my dad's tv cause he wanted to watch an international cricket stream online

on the hp, we had to get up every 5 mins and refresh or pick a new server

on the toshiba, the feed went all night w/o interruption

i will try it again tonight with the new drivers downloaded

Remember to make sure the Router Firmare is up to date. I have seen very similar issues with older firmware and difering MiniPCI Adapters...
