I have a Sony Vaio laptop PCG-K23 laptop and I accidently dropped it the other day and I guess the bulb in the screen busted. I can see things on the screen if there's a light shining on it but that's about it. Right now I have it hooked up to another monitor. Does anyone know if you can buy the bulb and is it any easy fix I can do by myself or is it best to take it to a computer shop and have them fix it?

    thanks in advance

Best to take it to a shop. Laptops have all kinds of snap-fit parts in addition to all the screws. You could kill the laptop and/or yourself trying to get it open.

Yeah, take it to a shop. It's not going to be cheap, but probably cheaper than a new laptop.
