No Because when i sat in one at the auto show, I smashed my head on the roof getting in because the cars door opening was so smal and I am not even a tall guy :rant2:

    much better values out there.

land rover and "value" being mutually exclusive concepts though.

if i had say a house out on some island like nantucket or something, i think it would be a nice ride for keeping over there. light off road duty, cargo space to load it up, dont need power for anything type vehicle, also requires to have something fancypants in name and cache.

that said, a mazda tribute probly has a better grade interior though, but i do like the 2dr freelander with the convertable roof for the rear.

    definate trophy wife SUV though

Its a Land Rover... it doesn't have resale value, and it breaks. Constantly. :o

    it's not worth it....

you say you like the style?! :ugh2: you like the ford escape too?! because that's basically what it is, only this has better off-road capabilities.

I have personally never liked them, myself. They just seem too 'far' off of Land Rover design to suit my tastes.

Id rather take a Freelander over a range rover. god those are ugly..

I kind of like the new 2 door removable top Freelander, although im not a big fan of land rovers anyways..
