lactose intolerance?

    anybody have tips to deal with lactose intolerance? i eat lots of live culture yogurt and eeat cottage cheese but that only helps me get down a little bit of regular dairy. anyway i can actually drink milk on a regular basis? the live culture stuff gives me insane gas too :hs:

    I just try to avoid dairy products for that very reason. I hurts my stomach way to much to make any of it worth eating.

    whey protein isolate

    low lactose content IIRC

    fyi: ON 100% whey protein doesnt contain lactose....

    for a while I stopped drinking milk i got kinda lactose intolerant, I started drinking milk and whatnot, over time it just went away.
