Lately I don't seem to be getting hungry, and when I eat I am seldomly full for a long period of time, anyone else have this problem?

Had that right after I broke up and had my grandma die in the same week. I didn't even feel that sad/depressed/angry. I just had no desire to eat anything for about a week. I went like 3 days without a full meal til I eventually forced myself to eat.

I think it's very mild depression. Maybe.

I had that for a while, the whole lack of hunger thing...still kinda got it. too tired to eat.

I go through this every now and then. What I do is usually talk to my husband about it, and we work together to make sure that I am eating something small and healthy a couple of times a day.
I used to try to work through it on my own, but quite honestly I need his support or I would literally eat nothing and only drink a little bit of milk and water.
I am just coming out of a pretty bad couple of weeks dealing with this. I didn't tell anybody for the first week or two, so it got worse than it's ever been.
So my advice to you is to seek support from a friend/parent/SO and basically force yourself to eat even if it's just something small (I started out with homemade yogurt smoothies because I couldn't get anything else down).

first check if you have a physical problem first, if your digestive system is working right you can try some exercise, I'm always hungry as fuck after I work out.
