Well, In the past two months or so, I think I have gone through about 10 different labret balls... they keep on falling out. I dont know if its the jewelry I have been using, but I always seem to have this problem. I do tighten these somewhat often too. I tried about 3 different brands so far, but still no luck...

Can anyone recommend some decent jewelry that is actually of good quality? I'm just at that point where its becoming too much to always have to run to stores and get new ones, and it does add up a bit.. its just a pain in the ass.

    Thanks in advance.

I have used internally threaded jewelry from www.bodycircle.com in mine for the past 8 years and have not had any issues.

I also hold the flatback in my teeth (I'm sure my dentist would crap himself) when I tighten the front ball.

Quick little fix if you're not concerned about removing jewellery very often....

put a little bit of wax on the threads and screw the bead on. It will hold it a little bit better.
