L-Carnitine; any good?

    I want to start taking it for itsfat loss and energy abilities, but is it really helpful or just crap?

    Also, how much should you take? Some sites said 500 and others said 2,000+

    get the more bioavailabe acetyl version if you are gonna purchase it, goes by ALCAR for short.

    What's the difference between the acetyl and non-acetyl L-Carnitine?

    the acetyl version is worth getting and the non isnt is :) (unless you get injectable l-carnitine, but I have a feeling that you arent)
