This was at Gladiator Challenge: Avalanche

Not much of a fight really, I don't think Krazy Horse brought his A game...

My teammate Dino Aguilar won a plit decision over Shane Stewart. Dino looked better standing up, and took stewart down HARD several times. Kept getting caught in armbars tho, deep ones, I thought he was gonna tap a couple times. He worked through them, but it wasted a lot of valuable face bashing time. I think he would have finished it if there had been a 3rd round. At the end of the fight Dino had taken no damage and looked like he could go another few rounds. Stewart had a couple of cuts and his face was pretty swollen. Not bad considering it was Dinos first fight.

Andy Maccarone vs Shannon Ritch was the best fight on the card. Good standup by both. Ritch had some nice sweeps and sub attempts...after one sweep he got caught in a triangle...switched to an armbar...back to the triangle...Ritch kinda rolls onto his side trying to squirm out and Maccarone rolls with him, ends up sitting on his neck. About 4 bombs from the top and it was all over.

The rest of the card was alright, nothing particularly noteworthy.

There was one surprising thing. Tyson Griffin (Faber's only loss) defended his "Gladiator Challenge" belt right before Faber defended his KOTC belt:ugh:
