    This shit works great for flavoring whey! You can also use a tbsp of crystal light per 2lbs powder. :bowdown:

    Yeah but see the whole point of BSL flavorings is they have 0 sugars and 0 calories. Can't really say the same for Kool-Aid.

    then you can use crystal light which has 0 sugars, 5 cals, 0 carbs :wiggle:
