When I begin lifting, each time, each joint in my knee will pop, without fail. It doesn't bother me at the time, but now the joints are beginning to hurt. Does this happen to anyone else?

They sometimes pop when i walk up the stairs. Not really on lifts though.

mine does too, I believe it's the tendon rubbing accross the kneecap.

joints popping and no pain is fine, but when there is pain, see a doctor.
Popping is usually tnedons or ligaments snapping over the bones.

Always wondered too.. the knee I've dislocated a few times pops all the time. Used to worry about it, but no pain.. so I just ignore it.
