Is there any good ones out there besides the EFS ones? $50 seems ridiculous for knee wraps...or is it?

I see that some offer rebound, but others say that they help with support?

I have been gaining quite a bit with my squats and i noticed my knee's are starting to hurt (the actual joint) for a few days afterwards, this never used to happen. I'm planning on maxing out on squats in a few weeks and was thinking the knee wraps would help, no?

Get some rehbands if you want knee support and to keep them healthy, get wraps if you want to lift more.

I use the old metal all blacks and they kick ass, however I hear the new ones aren't as good. When they get worn out I'll be going with Titan THP's so they match my wrist wraps.

don't last nearly as long, you end up paying more then the price for Rehbands when replacing the worn out sleeves

I like knee wraps. Gives me the illusion that my knee cap won't bounce off the wall in front of me as my upper leg drives into the floor and my shin impales me as I fall to the floor.

edit: I guess I should can the wraps and get some animal packs.... 'cause that sounds pretty animal

There are actually multiple ways to properly wrap your knees. One which is very similar to the one you posted is to start at the top so that way when you finish there extra material is at the top making your knee cap appear taller thus an illusion of false depth.

I personally like to start at the bottom, make an X over my knee cap and the wrap with overlapping layers. There is a video of this method, I'll see if I can find it.

just so you know, everyone thinks their way is the proper way to wrap.

    Here is another good way:
Kara Bohigian couldnt wrap her knee normally because of surgery... she tried this way of wrapping and has been able to do it.
