I am starting to get some pain after lifting in my right knee and want something to give a little more support. Do I want a knee sleeve or a knee wrap?

You want neoprene knee sleeves. A knee wrap will actually make it worse.

adequan would be good too if it's a cartilage issue but only would work if you know a shady vetinarian.

Knee sleeves, not knee wraps. Sleeves will warm your knee and increase blood flow, wraps will make your problems so much worse. You should also get a tennis ball and try to roll out any adhesions near your knee to increase blood flow.

IMO the originals are MUCH better. Not a fan of the new rehbands. The originals are thick as fuck unlike my dick. Try them out, I've had mine for about 2 years and besides stinking like nothing else they wrok great. When I actually squat that is, which is rare. Lately I've used them for sucking dick.

honestly, assess the type of pain you're getting, if it's tendon aching, back off for a while, if it's sharp pain, you may be developing a muscle imbalance that's causing your kneecap to maltrack (or something similar)

keeping compression on a joint is fine for max lifts, but you shouldn't need it on a daily basis, its just patching up something that might need to be fixed biomechanically and the more bandaids you put on it and keep doing what you're doing, the worse it will get over time

on that note, almost 2 years ago, I tried ordering some injectable L-carnitine off a vet site, and they sent me an email 3 days later saying that they think I might be a bodybuilder and they would like to see papers of the horse I own.fuckers.

Mass, Carnitine isn't a rate limiting factor in fat metabolism anyway, they saved you money.

Acura, how would you describe this pain? Just recently, in my left knee, if I squat down just to look at something, I can feel a dull pain/loading pressure in my left knee near the knee cap? Is that what you are feeling? I am thinking about going to see a doc about it becaue for so long my knees have been fine. I guess im just gettin old. :(
