My right knee pops with every rep while doing squats and leg press. Anyone Know whats up with that? Is it bad?? What can I do about it?

Maybe your right knee is turned too far inward or outward? :dunno:

    drink your milk kids.

if there is no pain followed by the pop, then dont worry, the knee cap is out of allignment or just a little loose and is rubbing against the tissue. as muscles grows stronger it will take the weight away from the knee.

Sometimes my ankle pops when I'm doing squats. If I rotate my foot outward enough it usually corrects the problem. I'm thinking there is just a joint alignment issue. :dunno:

it's quite common in the knees and ankles, if you get pain, then I'd worry. but other than that, you should be fine

Funny this question I believe was presented in the latest issue of Muscle Fitness the poping is due to the fact that the joints have fluid in them and that the fluid sometimes makes noise as it is forced to move from one area to another as long as there is no pain or is not swollen you should be fine

its caused by stretching out the surface area that the liquid takes up, raising the pressure and forcing out the nitrogen
