knee issues

    i know we have a guide to elbow pain/issues from BDR over in the archives but can we get one for knee issues?

    dunno wtf is up with my knee but it randomly gives me problems a couple of times a year. for the last week or two it feel slightly swollen like if i squat ass-to-grass without weight, it feels like i'm wearing a very thin knee sleeve on my right knee. it also feels a little weak and achy but doesnt really hurt.

    dunno wtf to do to keep it from bothering me, to get it to heal, and to keep it from having issues in the future.

    i've considered picking up some rehband sleeves but i dont know if those will help the problem.

    going to the doc is last resort but i'll go it i must.

    any thoughts?

    do you foam roll? if not get on that then come back and post. past threads and talking to other people suggest this is the best primary method
