Hay all, well I hurt my knee really bad, and got a orthopedists appointment tomorrow.. Well, in the mean time, I start my cut tomorrow (from 210 right now, to 190 +/- by end of February). I cant run, bike, eliptical, blah blah.. I can swim, but the school gym is outdoors, fuck that. What should I do? 30 second breaks between lifts? Higher rep and set ranges? NO breaks? I know diet is key. Keeping that in check, whats the best way to maintain what I got from the bulk, and cut without cardio?
