Hey bros, knee pain has lately been intolerable, so I'm wondering what kind of exercises i can do? I understand a lot of people blame mobility/flexibility issues for pain. Hoping i can get some good exercises/pointers on how to strengthen knees.

Looked into Bulletproof Knees, but it's just way too expensive to be honest... Anything like that out there?

    Yours, Brotilla the Hun

When are you experiencing the pain? At rest? Walking/running? When lifting?

Not when resting unless i extend the knee and put it on a chair/table.
When walking, especially up stairs and when it requires effort.
Not really when lifting, although i haven't seriously worked legs out in a while.

Sounds like you need to work on hamstrings and glutes, especially focusing on glutes. Do you sit in a chair for most of the day? Glutes are your body's shock absorber, so with weakened glutes, instead of having them absorb the shock, it just goes right to your knee.

I recommend reading the Neanderthal No More series by Eric Cressey, because you probably have back issues too stemming from anterior pelvic tilt.
